This Friday, June 5th, I am very excited to perform with Kathleen Eyman, Anthony Terpstra and the Starlight Orchestra for this fabulous fundraiser by Eagle’s Nest in support of the Drummond House; a transitional home for women and children in times of crisis. It should be a wonderful evening! I will be donating three of my CDs Her Perfume for the silent auction and partial proceeds of any sales as well. facebook event

A Big shout out to Deborah Daniels and all who took part in #wima2015 on Saturday May 23. Beautiful and talented women showcasing poetry, music and art while raising funds and bringing awareness to domestic violence. Thank you to the fantastic speakers; Anne Decter from the YWCA who informed us about all the different organizations that are in place to help, and what we can do to bring upon change ; and Reesee from Abuse:Survival Stories. who openly shared her story of domestic violence in an effort to give hope to others. I was honored to have been a part of it.
